If you need a meeting room today, please ask about room availability at the Help Desk when you arrive at the Library.

Meeting rooms are in very high demand.  If you need to cancel, please notify the library at least three days before your scheduled use. Failure to inform the library about cancellations may result in loss of privileges.

Study Rooms are not reserved. They are first come, first served and can accommodate groups of four people. Please ask at the Reference Desk if you would like to use one of the two rooms.

In order to accommodate as many different types of groups/activities, each group is allowed TWO bookings on the calendar at a time. 

There is no charge to use library rooms for non-profit groups, public lectures, classes or concerts that are free and open to the public. For-profit groups and groups charging a fee, will be charged an hourly rate.

Meeting rooms are available for the following times only. 

  • Monday - Thursday - 8:00am until 8:30pm
  • Fridays - 8:00am until 4:30pm
  • Saturdays - 9:30am until 4:30pm
  • Sundays - 1:00pm until 4:30pm

If the Library must close due to emergency situations or inclement weather, all meetings scheduled during the closure will be cancelled.

Groups are responsible to bring their own laptop and any adapters or connections needed to work with the library's audio visual equipment. 

If you are using the Library's audio-visual equipment, please make arrangements to test your computer with our equipment at least one week prior to your meeting date. The Library is not responsible for technical difficulties encountered if your equipment was not tested in advance of your meeting date.
