If you need a meeting room today, please ask about room availability at the Help Desk when you arrive at the Library.
If the Library must close due to emergency situations or inclement weather, all meetings scheduled during the closure will be cancelled.

Please select the equipment needed for your program.
Equipment is on a first-come, first-serve basis in the Gallery only. None of the other conference rooms have Audio Visual equipment.
There are no guarantees for equipment requested less than 3 weeks in advance.
Groups are responsible to bring their own laptop and any adapters or connections needed to work with the library's audio visual equipment.
If you are using the Library's audio-visual equipment, please make arrangements to test your computer with our equipment at least one week prior to your meeting date. The Library is not responsible for technical difficulties encountered if your equipment was not tested in advance of your meeting date.
