Our Mission
The Friends of the Richland Library (FORL) is a 501(c)3 charitable organization of volunteers that support the Richland Library with supplemental funding and volunteer services, and the Tri-City community with educational and cultural programs and access to inexpensive books.
We support the Richland Library by working in partnership with the Library Manager, the Richland Library Foundation, and the Board of the Richland Public Library. |
