1. What are the library hours?

The library is open
Monday - Thursday 9:30 - 9:00
Friday - Saturday 9:30 - 5:00
Sunday 1:00 - 5:00

2. Does the library have WiFi?

There are 2 WiFi connections for the public at the library.

RPL-Public and RPL-Secure
Please see the Front Desk staff for the password to the RPL-Secure connection

3. I'm from out of town, can I use the Internet?

If you are from out of town we will give you a Guest pass for two hours Internet time.
You must bring your ID to the library.

4. Where are the bathrooms?

There are bathrooms under the stairway on the first floor, bathrooms upstairs next to the elevator and family bathrooms in the Children's Area.

5. Where are the meeting rooms located?

There are three meeting rooms in the library.
The Seminar Room is inside the library toward the back of the building.
The Conference Room is in the lobby.
The Doris Roberts Gallery is in the lobby at the far right.

Books, Fines and Library Cards

1. Uh-oh, I put 2 items at a time in the bookdrop

Don't worry, library staff will check those items in.

2. I think I lost a library book

Call the library 942-7454 and explain the situation, a note will be put in your account.

You have two options.
1 Pay the price of the book plus a $15.00 processing fee.
2 Purchase a replacement copy of the book plus a $5.00 processing fee

3. Will you call me when my books are due?

Sorry we don't call but we will send a reminder email.
Contact the Front Desk staff to have your email address added to your account.

4. How can I pay my kids fines?

Come to the Front Desk, the staff will look up their fines.
You can pay with cash, check, debit or credit card.

5. Can I use my sister's library card?

No, you must use your own library card.
