Sponsored by Cobalt Mortgage and the Richland Public Library, this seminar includes topics presented by a mortgage professional explaining the financing portion of buying a home, a real estate professional explaining their role in the process, and typically an appraiser, home inspector and insurance agent also explaining what they do and why it is important. At the end of the course, each participant will receive a certificate that says they took the course and is good for 1 year. This certificate is required to receive any city or state down payment assistance funds. This is a GREAT class for anyone thinking about buying a home.
